Quality Assurance (QA) Department.

Our quality control staff are trained and skilled in using various tools to improve quality control and ensure suitability for different types of parts.
Our system is certified IATF 16949:2016 by URS to document data and maintain the quality of the parts.

Quality Control Department (A.I.N)

A.I.N. is referred to as "100% Appearance Inspection" to ensure that NG products cannot pass through the process to our customers. Some parts that go through this process are critical parts, such as safety parts, sintered parts, and parts with controlled appearance (burrs, chips, and rust), inspected by trained staff.
